A senior squad that owns
your build end to end
Engineers, architect, QA, and DevOps: one accountable team taking your product from idea to production. Weekly demos of working software, and you own every line of code from the first commit.
What we build
From MVPs to AI products to platform rescues
MVP & Product Builds
Idea to launched product: discovery, architecture, design collaboration, development, and deployment. Typically 8 to 16 weeks to a real, production MVP.
Platform & Backend Engineering
APIs, microservices, and data platforms in Go, Python, and Node.js, built for the load you expect and instrumented for the incidents you don’t.
AI Product Development
LLM features, RAG systems, and agent workflows with proper evaluation and cost engineering. We run AI in production ourselves; our own AI interview platform is proof.
Cloud & DevOps Foundations
Infrastructure as code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and observability: the platform layer that makes every future feature cheaper to ship.
Web & Mobile Apps
React/Next.js frontends and React Native/Flutter apps with the polish users expect, backed by the same senior backend engineering.
Modernisation & Rescue
Legacy migrations, performance rescues, and stabilising codebases that grew faster than their architecture. We inherit messes calmly.
How we work
A process built on weekly proof
No black-box development. You see working software every week, not a status deck.
- 01
Discovery & scoping
A short, structured discovery: goals, users, constraints, and risks. You get a concrete proposal with scope, timeline, and cost, not a vague estimate.
- 02
Architecture & plan
We design the system before writing it: stack choices justified in writing, milestones defined, and the riskiest assumptions attacked first.
- 03
Build in weekly loops
Weekly demos of working software, a shared board you can see anytime, and honest status, including the bad news, early, when it’s cheap to fix.
- 04
Launch & handover
Production deployment, monitoring, documentation, and handover to your team, or ongoing support from ours. You own every repo and account from day one.
FAQ
Project questions, answered
Who actually builds my product?
Our own in-house squad: a lead architect, senior engineers matched to your stack, QA, and DevOps. The same people you meet in the proposal are the people writing the code. We do not subcontract.
How do you price projects?
Fixed scope for well-defined projects, or a dedicated monthly squad for evolving products. Either way the proposal states cost, timeline, and what happens when scope changes, all before you commit.
Who owns the code and infrastructure?
You do, from the first commit. Repositories live in your organisation, cloud accounts are yours, and everything is documented for handover. No hostage code, ever.
Can you work alongside my existing team?
Yes, hybrid setups are common: our squad delivers a bounded workstream while your team keeps the core roadmap, with shared standups and code review across both.
What stacks do you build with?
Go, Python, and Node.js/TypeScript backends; React/Next.js frontends; React Native and Flutter mobile; AWS/GCP infrastructure; and modern AI tooling (Claude, GPT, open-weight models) for AI features.
Have a product in mind?
Share the idea and you'll get a considered technical take and a concrete proposal, not a sales pitch.
